In last year four faculties of college has been awarded Ph.D. degree by Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. This is most important achievement of institute.
Pra. Wasudeo W. Bhagat head of the Political Science department do his research in ‘Shramik kamgar aani shetmajuranchya sakshamikarnachya sandarbhat Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkaranchya karyache vishleshanatmak adhyayan’. Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University awarded his Ph.D. degree for his doctoral research. This is research achievement of political science department as well as college.
Faculty of economics department Mr. Pankaj M. Tayde completed his doctoral research. His research topic was ‘sarvajanik vitaran vyavastha – Akola jilhyachya vishesh sandarbhat’ (2002-2012). For the same research Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University awarded him Ph.D. degree on 12 January 2017. This is one more achievement of institute.
Head of the Marathi department Pra. Manoj K. Phadnis is also awarded Ph.D. degree. Topic of his research was ‘Shri da Panvalkar aani Chin Tryam Khanvalkaranchya Kathavishwacha taulanik abhyas’. Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University awarded him Ph.D. degree recently in February 2017.
Assistant Professor of Marathi department Pra. Ashok V. Wahurwagh also peruse Ph.D. degree for research in Marathi. He submitted his thesis in ‘Akola Jilhyatil Sathottari Marathi Wandmaya: Ek Chikitsak Abhyas’ (1960-2000)’. Dr. Vilas Tayde of Shivaji Callege Akola guide to him for his research.
